Caring Cook

After another day of protesting Shark Fin Soup at different restaurants we went for a well deserved dinner at the new Vegan restaurant in Vancouver, The Loving Hut. We arrived just as they were closing thinking we had another hour because earthsave's vegetarian directory said they close at 10pm. But the staff were nice enough to stay open, let us order and eat-in. I mean what unbelievable service! We shared the ceasar salad, wonton soup, Garlic sauce pizza, and a chicken and rice dish. Everything was so delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more. Here are the pics.
