Pierogies
Last night I made the most delishish pirogies from the cookbook
These Pierogies turned out absolutely perfectly. I used the Potato filling on page 55 but I added a few more tasty ingredients. Like chopped mushrooms and chopped imitation chicken breast. And even thou Isa suggests not to fry them thats how I've always enjoyed them. So I fried them up with some home made sausage.
These pierogies turn out so well, it took no coaxing to get my nephew to gobble these bad boys up. It took a lot of work but it was well worth the effort.
